During the phone consultation and in-person assessment, we will discuss what level and type of assistance will be provided.
In some cases we do the majority of the work without the client present, only bringing them in for key decision-making at specific points. This streamlined approach works well for many people and involves less client time. It also requires a willingness by the client to entrust the organizer to make the majority of decisions independently.
In other cases we work along-side clients, supporting and guiding them as we declutter and organize together. This process generally takes longer, as it involves going at the client's pace, including respecting the client's need to reflect (when desired) in order to make the right decision.
Most times the best approach is somewhere between these two extremes. We will determine together how to collaborate to organizer your space.
Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, with evening and weekend times possible without additional premium fees.
The initial phone consultation is conducted at no charge.
A fee applies for the on-site consultation, needs assessment and resulting assessment report which will include a quotation for services. A percentage of the assessment fee will be applied against service costs upon engagement of Serene Space Toronto.
All quotations include the option of package rates or pay-as-you-go.

Serene Space Toronto can help sort and prioritize items before packing, pack your home for a move and unpack in your new space, but we do not move your belongings to another location.
Serene Space Toronto does not assemble or install closet systems, shelves or shelving units, furniture, etc. We do not hang pictures, curtains or blinds.
